About Us

Specialising in Artisan Cakes and Desserts, Wedding Cakes and Occasion Cakes, David & Nora McCaffrey founded Sallymills six years ago. Everything is made to order and to your specification without the use of any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
All of our cakes and desserts are handcrafted from the finest ingredients, including sweet buttercream, Belgian chocolate, pure vanilla extract, fresh bananas and carrots, fresh berries, nuts and lemon zest. Sallymills Artisan Cakes & Desserts are available by advance order for local delivery at no extra cost. Cake & Dessert Menu
Sallymills are also available at the Limerick Milk Market (Pavillion 2) on Friday, Saturday & Sunday and the Farmers Market at the University of Limerick on Tuesday afternoons.
Sallymills cater for private parties and special occasions as well as supplying cakes, desserts, bread and scones to restaurants, cafés and shops.
