Sallymills wins Silver in National Irish Food Awards 2009

For the second year running Sallymills have been awarded a prize at the Blas na hÉireann National Irish Food Awards 2009. Sallymills received the Silver medal in the Cakes category. The winning entry was a carrot loaf cake. 'A delicious carrot cake made with fresh carrot, fresh orange juice, orange & lemon zest, vanilla extract, chopped walnuts & fresh cream cheese icing'.

Sallymills wins Gold in National Irish Food Awards 2008

At the Blas na hEireann National Irish Food Awards 2008, Sallymills received the gold medal in the confectionery category. 'The winning entry was a bakewell tartlet. A shortcrust pastry base filled with strawberry jam and almond frangipane, topped with flaked almond and an apricot glaze'.
Sallymills wins Entrepreneur of the Year

The Limerick City Enterprise Board awarded Sallymills the 'Entrepreneur of the year 2008'. This is the top prize of over all best business in Limerick for 2008.

The Limerick City Enterprise Board awarded Sallymills 'Manufacturer of the Year 2007' and 'Best New Business of the Year 2006'.
