		10" Round - 12-16 portions. The classic Victoria Sponge - 2 layers of incredibly light sponge cake, decorated with Sallymills Raspberry jam & fresh chantilly cream, with a dusting of caster sugar on top.

		Mocha (Coffee & Chocolate) Cake - €35
		10" Round - 12-16 portions. A luscious Belgian chocolate & coffee espresso cake with a butter & cream cheese coffee flavour filling.

		Roulade - €20
		10 portions. This mouthwatering meringue, filled with fresh fruit and cream, is rolled and decorated with fresh fruit, cream and Belgian chocolate. Available Flavours: Strawberry, Raspberry.

		Strawberry Pavlova - €20
		10" Round, 8-10 portions. A mouthwatering meringue nest filled with fresh strawberries, decorated with piped fresh cream and strawberry halves, dipped in Belgian chocolate.
